3 Ways To Get Content For Your Website Or Blog
Let’s face it. Whether you have a blog just as a hobby, or want to make a few sales here and there or even want to have a full time income online from affiliate marketing, displaying banner ads or having your own product (digital or physical), you need content. There is no other way out. You need to provide something for your visitors to read or view.
With that said, getting content is very problematic for many people. As with everything else, it is indeed problematic if you over-complicate things. One way to do it is to write yourself. But I don’t think you would be reading this article if you could do it easily. And while there are thousands of ways to obtain content for your website, pondering over each of them won’t make you money or provide value to your readers. So without further delay, let’s dive right into 3 content generation techniques.
Hiring a ghostwriter
This may sound expensive at first thought, but if you want 100% unique content and which actually make sense and are enjoyable for your readers, then this is probably your best option.
Ghostwriters’ fees range from as little as $2.50 for a 400 word article to over $20 for the same number of words. It’s tempting to go for the cheapest option, but if you choose this path, you will soon realize that it’s not the wisest. Most often than not, you get crap content which you waste more time in re-writing than if you had done it yourself.
Before hiring a ghostwriter, have a look at his samples (he should be showing you samples of his work) and testimonials. And see if the price he is asking is justified by these AND of course, if you can afford it.
PLR articles
Private Label Rights. These are articles which you have the rights to modify or use as it is, and claim it as your own. If you go for PLR, I’d strongly advise you to modify the content so that your website actually shows up in the search engines. Google does not display multiple websites having the same content when someone is searching for something.
So the way to use PLR articles is to either extract the main info and write something yourself or give it to a ghostwriter and tell him to re-write it. Many ghostwriters charge less for a re-write than for a unique article.
Spinner software
You give the software an article (called the seed article). You just click the button and it generates multiple versions of the same article. The way it does it is that it replaces the words in your article by synonyms. Using this method, you can generate tons of content, but mind you, these content do not always make 100% sense. They are sometimes full of grammatical errors.
If I were to recommend a good spinner software, it would be “The Best Spinner”. It always gets tons of admiration on Internet marketing forums from its users.
You’ve been presented with 3 techniques. Content generation is no more a secret for you now. If you don’t know where to start, try out the PLR stuff. It’s the easiest.
